Mr. Chip Faulkenberry, Vice President of LMC Development, LLC, has an extensive background in general contracting as well as both construction management and project management experience. Prior to joining LMC Development, Mr. Faulkenberry worked as a consultant providing owner’s representative project management services in the South Florida marketplace. Chip’s previous position was Vice President of a national project management firm providing owner representation development management, project management and relocation management services. Chip has worked for general contractors as both estimator and project manager in senior positions, served as Director of Construction for a regional developer in the Washington, D.C. market, and owned and operated a construction company located in Northern Virginia specializin g in commercial office space. Mr. Faulkenberry is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science. .
