Gary J. Rito, President of LMC Development, LLC, is certainly no stranger to the real estate development industry either. As the former Director of Development for Codina Group Inc., in Coral Gables, Gary opened the company’s Broward/Palm Beach development office with full oversight and management responsibilities including directing development activities on commercial, industrial, and build to suit projects in both counties. Gary’s professional background also includes 20 years of service as Vice President of Development for Draper and Kramer Incorporated, a national full service real estate company founded in 1893. During this tenure, Gary worked on many joint venture projects located in South Florida with Slough Estates Ltd., one of the largest industrial developers in the UK and Europe. Gary J. Rito also holds a Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois.
