Montego Bay :
LMC provided Project Management services to assist the offshore owner in the finalizing of Phase 1 and close out of 76 units, and the construction completion and sales close out for the remainder of the 186 units plus Clubhouse facility. The project incurred many delays prior to LMC getting involved and developed budgetary restraints. Phase 2 was completed within a budget and in a reasonable time where ownership was pleased with the result.
