Provided program management for RBC Centura Bank’s launch into the Florida market. Specific responsibilities include space analysis requirements with end users to guide site selection, comprehensive budgeting, space planning and coordinating internal approvals, design and construction administration. Program includes training, office and retail branch facilities to house Commercial Banking, Business Banking, RBC Centura Investments, KBI, RBC Dain, and RBC Builder Finance and range in size from 1,200 s.f. up to 20,000 s.f. Schedules are typically the most critical issue on these projects as RBC Centura pushed to gain a market presence in the region
