The Village of Marbella :
LMC provided Project Management and consulting to ownership on the site plan approval of this 20 acre site in a new Mainstreet/Town Center development. The project is designed for 764 residential units, 150 Room Hotel, 300,000 sf of Commercial/Retail, and structured parking to facilitate the development. Overall the development will include approximately 2,000 parking spaces for the above uses, and total more than 2,000,000 sf.
