The process in general includes the vision of the owner, the potential design solutions, financing, LEEDS Certification, the levels of approvals required, and coordinating the difficult construction and completion process. LMC intimately understands every step in the process because we have experienced it so many times. We pride ourselves in being able to communicate, provide team leadership, utilizing proven systems in order to complete the vision and in the end, have a successful project that allows everyone involved to be proud of.

The following developments are projects that LMC Development LLC has undertaken on behalf of ownership where LMC is an owner and managing partner controlling the development decisions and /or a Build to Suit Developer working for an owner where we have guided them through all the important decisions.

Projects that we have provided team leadership, management, and services for third party owners that have needed this service due to ownership not having in house expertise or not being their principal business. In addition, our expertise may have served a geographical advantage such as an out of state or country ownership.
