LMC Development, LLC Chairman, Steven M. Dewhurst, is a State Certified General Contractor, with an extensive background in the field. Since 1980, he has served as the Founder and Principal of Boca Raton based Dewhurst Associates, a general contractor specializing in complete improvement build-outs, interior/exterior renovations, rehabilitations, and design-build projects. Steven  M. Dewhurst is also the Founder of FLD International in Kingston, Jamaica, which was created to provide affordable housing in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
